Letter Club (released by Simple Machine in 2016) wasour take on competitive word games! It was a long time coming. Our previous word game, LEX, was highly-acclaimed, but we were always met with the same question, why can't I play my friends?
It took a few years, but now it's time for Letter Club. It's fast and furious, sixty second matches to determine the best quick speller. We implemented brand new iOS 10 ReplayKit tech, so players can stream their matches directly from the app!
Project Role: Systems Design (Battle/Scoring, Ranking/Matchmaking, and Monetization), User Acquisition, Live Ops, and overall Game Design.
